Explore our core engineering capabilities serving the global OEM marketplace
Founded in 2014, Dongguan SX Technology Co.,Ltd has built a reputation for excellence in precision investment casting, multi-axis CNC machining, and comprehensive mechanical sub-assemblies. Over the past decade, we have honed our manufacturing capabilities to meet the highly specialized requirements of industries ranging from automotive and heavy machinery to marine technology, medical equipment, and precision chemical processing.
Material Versatility: Our investment casting foundry specializes in high-integrity stainless steel, carbon steel, and gray/ductile cast iron. Our secondary CNC machining facilities process premium alloys including Titanium, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Aluminum Alloy, Copper Alloy, and Cemented Carbide.
Equipped with state-of-the-art multi-axis machining centers and vacuum induction casting furnaces, we respond rapidly to global engineering changes. We ensure seamless transitions from initial CAD blueprints to prototype development and large-scale manufacturing runs.
Bridging mechanical longevity with innovative casting strategies
We customize the carbon matrix of cast iron products. Through precise inoculation, we form nodular graphite configurations (Ductile Iron ASTM A536) for high fatigue strength, or lamellar graphite structures (Gray Iron ASTM A48) for dampening properties.
Our lost-wax investment process ensures near-net-shape accuracy. It minimizes post-machining waste and guarantees complex internal oil ways, weight-reduction channels, and micro-embossed features are cast flawlessly.
We control heat-treatment cycles (annealing, normalizing, and tempering) to optimize the pearlite-ferrite matrix. This prevents internal stresses, guarantees consistent hardness, and ensures superb machinability.
Understanding chemical bounds and physical properties is vital for heavy-duty components. The matrix below defines the engineering bounds we maintain in our foundry.
| Material Designation | Carbon (C) % | Silicon (Si) % | Manganese (Mn) % | Tensile Strength | Yield Strength | Elongation |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Gray Iron HT250 / GG25 | 3.10 - 3.40 | 1.80 - 2.10 | 0.70 - 0.90 | ≥ 250 MPa | - | - |
| Ductile Iron QT450-10 | 3.45 - 3.85 | 2.40 - 2.80 | ≤ 0.30 | ≥ 450 MPa | ≥ 310 MPa | ≥ 10% |
| Carbon Steel WCB | ≤ 0.30 | ≤ 0.60 | ≤ 1.00 | ≥ 485 MPa | ≥ 250 MPa | ≥ 22% |
| Stainless Steel CF8 (304) | ≤ 0.08 | ≤ 2.00 | ≤ 1.50 | ≥ 485 MPa | ≥ 205 MPa | ≥ 35% |
Engineered for repeatability, verified through metrology
At Dongguan SX Technology Co.,Ltd, we believe quality is the ultimate driver of supply chain longevity. Since 2014, we have invested heavily in both physical QC infrastructure and personnel development. We operate strict in-process checkpoints and comprehensive final inspection audits.
Our quality inspectors employ high-accuracy Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), optical comparators, ultrasonic wall thickness testers, and spectrometer systems. This machinery verifies that every alloy composition matches the customer's specified chemical composition before casting.
Calibration of precision measuring tools and metallurgical testing instruments.
Continuous evolution in precision manufacturing to keep pace with industry demands
We are integrating 3D sand and wax printing directly into our investment casting pipelines. By utilizing binder jetting technology, we eliminate the upfront tooling time for complex prototypes, reducing validation cycles from weeks to just days.
Our roadmap includes integrating machine-learning-driven visual recognition tools on real-time X-ray and CT scans. This allows us to instantly identify micro-porosity defects in castings and automatically reject substandard units.
To support global carbon neutral goals, we are upgrading our smelting furnaces to high-efficiency induction configurations powered by renewable energy sources, helping our customers hit their Scope 3 supply chain reduction targets.
Custom OEM cast and machined products tailored to high-stress, high-consequence industries
Supplying structural engine mounts, suspension knuckles, and fluid dynamics housings. Cast iron provides unmatched vibration-dampening capabilities, while secondary aluminum CNC machining delivers lightweight strength.
Utilizing corrosion-resistant stainless steels and titanium alloys to produce propeller brackets, deep-submersible housings, and valve components that resist saltwater oxidation under extreme hydrostatic pressures.
Precision-machined structural parts for wheelchairs, patient lift systems, and surgical equipment supports. Focusing on structural integrity, smooth movement tolerances, and medical-grade surface coatings.
Producing heat sinks, micro-electronic enclosures, and structural RF shields with tight tolerances and exceptional finish requirements, ensuring electromagnetic compatibility and heat dissipation.
Leveraging geographical clusters and integrated production for global logistics advantages
Dongguan stands as one of the premier advanced manufacturing hubs in the world. Dongguan SX Technology Co.,Ltd leverages this location to build a resilient supply chain. Our casting raw materials, tooling supplies, secondary surface coating specialists, and shipping ports are all located within a 50km radius.
Aligning operations with international engineering and import regulations
We align all cast designs with major national material standards. Whether your engineering blueprint calls for ASTM A48 Class 35, DIN 1691 GG25, or ISO 185 Grade 250, we formulate the exact matching composition.
All alloy recipes and chemical treatment finishes (including anodizing, passivation, zinc plating, and powder coating) are verified to be lead-free, chromium VI-free, and compliant with EU REACH directives.
We implement strict data management controls to secure client CAD files. Detailed NDAs, air-gapped engineering networks, and restricted access zones on the production floor protect your intellectual property.
Direct technical guidance from our engineering department
For raw investment castings, we typically hold tolerances to the VDG P690 or ISO 8062 Grade CT4-CT6 standards (usually ±0.15mm to ±0.3mm depending on dimensions). However, for surfaces that require tighter fits—such as bearing seats or O-ring grooves—we perform secondary multi-axis CNC machining, allowing us to hit tolerances of ±0.005mm.
We use computer-aided mold filling and solidification simulation software before tooling fabrication. This helps us optimize gate and riser locations to control cooling. On the production floor, we run non-destructive testing (NDT), including ultrasonic and X-ray checks, to guarantee zero internal defects.
Our casting division processes stainless steels, carbon steels, and ductile/gray cast irons. Our CNC machining division works with premium materials, including titanium alloys (Grade 2/Grade 5), stainless steel grades (304, 316, 410, 420), high-performance aluminum (6061-T6, 7075-T6), copper/brass alloys, and cemented carbides.
Generally, wax injection mold tool development and first-article casting samples take 21 to 30 days. Once the samples are approved, batch production runs usually require 3 to 4 weeks depending on the order volume.
