Explore our custom manufacturing catalog, integrating state-of-the-art multi-axis CNC milling, turning, and aerospace-grade investment casting services.
The global demand for CNC machined stainless steel parts has grown significantly over the last decade. As modern engineering architectures require higher safety factors, corrosion resistance, and structural integrity, stainless steel has become a critical material in marine engineering, aerospace propulsion, automotive exhaust systems, medical instrumentation, and high-pressure fluid control systems.
China's industrial manufacturing infrastructure has evolved from basic component processing to advanced high-precision engineering. Advanced clusters, such as those in Dongguan, integrate raw material casting, high-axis CNC milling/turning, surface post-processing, and laboratory-grade quality inspections. This consolidation minimizes supply chain vulnerabilities, providing global OEMs with reliable components at scale.
Understanding the mechanical and thermal properties of stainless steel alloys is essential for setting precise feeds, speeds, and tool geometries.

For complex geometries, machining a component from a solid block of stainless steel can lead to significant material waste and high tool wear. Dongguan SX Technology uses a hybrid manufacturing approach: combining investment casting with precision CNC post-machining.
By using lost-wax precision casting, we create near-net shapes with complex internal chambers, thin walls, and organic contours. Afterward, our multi-axis CNC machines finish critical mating surfaces, threads, O-ring grooves, and bore holes to tolerances within ±0.005mm.
This hybrid process reduces raw material waste, shortens machining cycle times, and lowers overall production costs while maintaining high structural integrity and surface finish quality.
Established in 2014, Dongguan SX Technology Co., Ltd. (Shixin) specializes in precision casting, custom CNC machining, and mechanical assembly. Based in the industrial hub of Dongguan, China, we provide manufacturing solutions for machinery, automobiles, marine, valve and pump systems, medical equipment, and electronics.
Our capabilities include working with materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, titanium alloys, aluminum alloys, copper, and cemented carbides. Operating advanced CNC milling centers, composite turn-mill machines, and automated casting production lines, we deliver reliable manufacturing solutions that meet strict engineering requirements.
Our facility is equipped with high-precision CNC machines, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and inspection equipment to ensure every component complies with your dimensional specifications.
How we configure specialized manufacturing workflows to meet the distinct engineering challenges of critical industries.
Operating Environment: Severe chloride exposure, extreme pressure, galvanic corrosion hazards.
Our Solution: CNC turning and milling of Duplex 2205 and Titanium Alloy components. We provide controlled passivation treatments to ensure a chromium oxide layer forms on all surfaces, preventing crevice and pitting corrosion in offshore environments.
Operating Environment: Biocompatibility requirements, sterile environments, microscopic surface finish specifications.
Our Solution: We machine medical fittings and implants from Titanium Alloy and SUS316L. Ultrasonic cleaning, citric acid passivation, and electropolishing ensure a surface roughness ($R_a$) below 0.4 microns, preventing bacterial growth.
Operating Environment: Constant hydraulic pressure, abrasive fluid flows, high temperatures.
Our Solution: Investment cast valve bodies undergo multi-axis CNC milling of internal seals. Every valve body undergoes non-destructive testing (NDT), hydrostatic pressure testing, and coordinate measuring machine (CMM) analysis to verify wall thickness and port alignment.

Answers to common questions about material selection, lead times, tolerances, and custom manufacturing processes.
Stainless steel has a high work-hardening rate and low thermal conductivity, which causes heat to build up at the cutting edge. To manage this, we use rigid machine setups, high-pressure through-spindle cooling, and PVD-coated carbide tools. This allows us to cut below the work-hardened layer and maintain stable tool performance.
We achieve an as-machined finish of $R_a$ 1.6 to 3.2 microns. For smoother requirements, we provide bead blasting, chemical passivation, electropolishing, and mechanical polishing to reach finishes below $R_a$ 0.4 microns, suitable for medical and sanitary applications.
We follow an ISO 9001-certified quality control workflow. This includes first-article inspection (FAI), in-process dimensional audits, and 100% critical-dimension checks using automated coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Material certifications and chemical analysis reports are provided with each shipment.
Yes. We integrate our investment casting production line with our precision CNC machining centers. This allows us to handle casting, rough machining, heat treatment, finish milling, and final assembly under one roof, reducing coordination effort and delivery times.
